Does anyone have any information regarding the Iftar's, i.e does it happen every month on Monday's and thursday's and on the 13, 14 and 15th of the month? It looks like they are inside the masjid?
ما شاء الله can you imagine how much Love and Mercy الله سبحانه و تعالى puts in the hearts of the Believers? Fasting all day for الله سبحانه و تعالى and then opening it at the most Sacred place in the world while listening to a beautiful Athan with fellow Believers سبحان الله

why is there an iftar going on? does this go on every mondays & thursdays.
are they having Iftar because it's the middle of رجب , as i'm pretty sure it's Sunnah to fast in the middle of Islamic months?
Yes, it's because it's Sunnah to fast on Mondays and Thursdays, and on the 13, 14, and 15 of every Islamic month.

Are these Iftar's open to all or pre-registration is needed like some places?
There just open. When you walk into the Haram, the table spreads are out and the people will invite you to come eat with them
