Sheikh Hudhaify, Thubayty, Budayr, Mu'ayqali, and Khaalid al Ghamdi to the best of my knowledge have all performed in both as well.
Maher seems to have led the in Madina until around 4 years back. I think he was transferred to Makkah after he proved to be amazing?
