Wa alaikum asalaam,
The easiest way is to do it on a desktop/laptop. Click on the image, and the big size will show up. Right click, and click "View Image Background" and the image will show up. Right click and save. InshaAllah that helps. A lot of the pictures are also on Facebook, and even if you're not a Facebook member, you can still view the photo albums.
Sorry for not being specific, I was actually asking how to save on the android app.
