An alarmed portion. The 26th and 27th ayat are on At-Tawhid. There is a specific lesson at the 28th ayah for abnormally troubled Muslim, who has no way or place for safety. Translation of this guideline:
"The faithful should not take the faithless for allies instead of the faithful, and whoever does that Allah will have nothing to do with him except when you are distrustful of them out of alertness. Allah warns you to beware of [disobeying] Him, and towards Allah is the return."
