“..... So contest to [all that is] good.....” [Surah Al-Ma’idah-48, Al-Barqrah-148]. I read in a Hadith, it will be said to those who memorized the Quran; ride up ladder in Zannat with speaking your memorized signs of Allah’s Kalaam. When you shall complete, then that is your place in Zannat.
In the preliminary years of Nubuwwah, Allah’s messenger Muhammad [Sm.] became very serious to memorize the Kalaam in different times, even at the time of placing “Wahyun” to him by Zibreel [Asm.]. Allah guided him not to be over serious. Also Allah satisfied that He would make our prophet [Sm.] to memorize the Quran easily. Al-Qiyamah: 16-20; Al-A'la: 6, 7; At-Taha: 114.
In some zones of the world children memorize the Quran by excessively hard way that harms their body and mind. We should rearrange the routine or design of Al-Quran hifz. May Allah help us.
