MashaAllah sheikh Salih aal Talib almost broke down when he says "wa mathalam minal laziina" (and example of those) (ayat 34) but he managed to calm his feelings. These ayat below are so poetic subhanallah and I love sheikh Talib for his short and beautiful recitation.
34. And indeed We have sent down for you Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) that make things plain, and the example of those who passed away before you, and an admonition for those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2).
35. Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His Light is as (if there were) a niche and within it a lamp, the lamp is in glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east (i.e. neither it gets sun-rays only in the morning) nor of the west (i.e. nor it gets sun-rays only in the afternoon, but it is exposed to the sun all day long), whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself), though no fire touched it. Light upon Light! Allah guides to His Light whom He wills. And Allah sets forth parables for mankind, and Allah is All-Knower of everything.
36. In houses (mosques), which Allah has ordered to be raised (to be cleaned, and to be honoured), in them His Name is glorified in the mornings and in the afternoons or the evenings,
Subahanallah These verses very nicely recited by Sheikh Saalih Taalib.The emotional recitations by Sheikh Taalib are always very very hearttouching heart trembling.He is an excellent reciter. MaashaALLAH.May ALLAH protect him .aameen.
The way he controlled himself Masha ALLAH.(selfcontrolled man)Heard many many many times the words "wa mathalam minal lazina" his voice was so shaking.I am a diehard fan of Shiekh Saalih Taalib and his recitation,and will say, He is an excellent reciter. We should Pray TO ALLAH to increase the IMAAN of everyone, first we should take a look at our"s.I think the IMAAM'S IMAAN and TAQWQ is faaaar better than us.
The verse of surah Noor (36) were recited by IMAAM Taalib in the year 2002 Dec.Comparitively much matured voice now.He was newly appointed as an IMAAM at that time.May ALLAH reward him with good health, wealth and prosperity and reward him hereafter aameen.

There are very rare emotional recitations by him.May Allah increase his imaan and health.
There are some emotional recitation but he controls himself very well.Does he have any health problems??
