@Anonymous, Yes, when you read Surah Teyn and Surah Qiyaamah, at the end, it is good to say (in your mind, of course), "Balaa wa ana 'alaa dhaalika men ash-shaahideen" (Translated, "Yes, and I am a witness to this") as a response to "Is not God then able to bring to life the dead?" (Surah Qiyaamah) and "Is not god the best of judges?" (Surah Teyn). There is a saheeh hadeeth in which, upon completing a recitation of one of these surahs in front of the sahaabah, the Prophet (PBUH) told them that the jinns responded to these ayahs better than the sahaabah, because they said the aforementioned saying. The reason you heard "balaa" and the end could be because Shaykh Juhani was near the mic when he whispered this response, and it by mistake got amplified ;)
