Aa brothers. the full word to word translation would be ' oh people, don't raise your voices, you are not calling upon someone deaf or absent, the being you are calling can hear and is close and can see so control your selves and make benefit for yourself and for each others and have mercy on each others'. His giving naseeha about doing dua quietly I would presume and Allah knows best.
it's nice to see him giving naseeha, but what about the people who don't speak arabic. How will you get your point across to them? can he speak english?
Wouldn't it be pointless to speak English to people like the older Turks, Nigerians, etc who don't understand? Their group leaders most probably understand Arabic anyway, and would translate after salaah.
