Assalam Alaikum wa Rahmatullahe wa Barakaathu,

I had made a comment about Sheikh Saleh Al-Talib's little recitation error, and I do not see the post approved. Could you please tell me what had gone wrong with that comment.

Assalam Alaikum wa-Rahmatullah wa-Barakaathu

I made a comment about Sheikh Talib's recitation error and it was not approved for the post. Just tell me the reason. It is also said in Al Qur'an that Allah likes those who do justice. So the justice would be to point out the mistake, not cover it because of some fancy reason. This content of this site is for the deen not for worldly entertainment so please let the justice stand as instructed by Allah SWT. Or please write me back and let me know the reason for not approving my comment of Sheikh Talib's recitation mistake. I will continue writing my question until answered. So if you want to ignore, keep doing it. If you are Allah fearing, remember that Allah sees us and does a better justice to all of us.

Wa alaikum asalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

The Messenger of Allah (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: “I am a human being like you, I forget as you forget. If I forget, then remind me.” (narrated by al-Bukhaari, al-Salaah, 401). If the most beloved of creation could potentially forget then we do not expect the Haram'ain to not forget. There's no fancy reason to cover it up, nor were we covering it up. Covering up mistakes would include editing the file to remove them.

In any case, I don't hear a mistake. Where is it? :s

Apologies for any anxiety caused by not hastening to publish your comments.

Assalam Alaikum wa-Rahmatullah wa-Barakatuh,

I apologize for being persistent and asking you about my post. And the reference you gave is right. I will try to hold on to my patience in the future. May Allah forgive me for my mistake/rush.

I thank you for posting the error pointing post. It would have been very nice to see if Haramain Team had pointed this out. Like the team points out if the recitation is Mash'Allah awesome/emotional. In the same respect, error could have been pointed. Anyways, you have posted my post and this is the only reason I was persistent.

Jazak'Allah khairan HR staff,

Wa alaikum asalaam,

It is quite alright, and nothing to be apologetic over.

In my humble opinion it is unnecessary for the team to point out mistakes. The amazing/emotional/etc tags are directed to those who may not ordinarily listen to that particular recitation and will skip over to some other sheikh or are busy and looking just for something uplifting for the day. This way they will benefit from hearing the recitation and may ponder on the meaning. Pointing out mistakes constantly has no such benefit, and if the visitors are simply listening for mistakes that would be bit strange.

I'm sure you understand inshaAllah.

Assalam Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

Jaaza'kAllah kathir Bro/Sister Anonymous. I did not dare to continue, that is why I left it unsaid. But you did. I hope, no HR Staff can check and hear that what I pointed I verified as well. I already have written so much that it could very easily annoy anyone. But HR Staff tolerated my post after post. That in itself is very courageous enough, I just wanted to wish you the Hasanaah and made this comment. Otherwise, honestly I have over-written already for this topic. May Allah forgive us all for our over doings and bless us with his refuge against Iblees Mardood and his tricks.

Assalam Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh
