This is Surah Asra (Bani Israel). Since the recording is not from the start, I think Ayah: 13-39.
Mashallah, Subhanallah... Its really beautiful recitation. Really awesome. Sheikh Hudaify is too good here. He is nowadays not repeating the surahs and changing frequently. May ALLAH bless him and his family. Ameen.

Only Surah Fatiha is missing due to some issues on the Saudi 2 end. He did start at ayah #13.
