The Prophet (S.A.W) said: "Recite the Qur'an; for indeed, it will come as an intercessor for its people (for the people who recite and apply its teachings) on the day of Resurrection." Related By Muslim (804). According to another narration, the prophet (S.A.W) said: "The best among you is he who learns the Qur'an and teaches it(to others)." Realted By Bukhari (5027).

Is the kids voice synthetic or artificial?
Or is it a real voice of a muslim child?
Because it sounds very synthetic/computerized and not natural and it has the same style like the first recitator , who makes a good real human being (natural muslim man) recitation.
May Allah lead all muslim children to the right path (without technical modification of natural voices,the real unchanged voice is a great gift by ALLAH and should not be changed by voice-computers,like in the "music"-industries) and forgive Our sins.

Khalifah tunaiji leads at the same mosque as salah bu khatir here in sharjah , they actually shar ethe taraweeh and tahajud prayers in ramadan
