Please remember to do dua for her, that Allah forgives her sins, counts her amonst the people of Jannah. That Allah makes her grave a garden of paradise. And that the same is done for all the deceased Muslims. Ameen.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother though. May Allah bless her with His infinite mercy, and may He overlook her sins and may He protect her from the torment of the qabr and the hereafter. Ameen! Continue to do good and make dua for her so that her station in the aakhira is elevated. :)
