It's not Sheikh Budair it's Sheikh Thubaity.
I watched todays salaatul taraweeh live on Noor TV from Madinah and it was Sheikh Thubaity who led the witr prayer and Dua Qunoot. What is going on...? Or were they showing yesterdays taraweeh...?
You might be confused it was shaykh budayr.
