I am in need of your duas .
I have constipation over 2 months, I take deep breaths and in Salat after saying one verese I have to take deep breath. Wallahi I have constipation i am not lying and I also feel bloated.
make dua for me as well.

Asalam wa Aeikum dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam.
May Allah cure our Brother Adeeb and our Brother from HaramainSalaatRecordings and give both of them good health ,
of course to every Brother and Sister who is ill or sick the same duas!
Allah our Creator can heal direct and give them the direct help or the best medicine in every disease or illness, in Schah Allah!
Our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s. (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) says out of Hadith:
a.-Narrated Khalid bin Sad: We went out and Ghalib bin Abjar was accompanying us. He fell ill on the way and when we arrived at Medina he was still sick. Ibn Abi 'Atiq came to visit him and said to us, "Treat him with black cumin. Take five or seven seeds and crush them (mix the powder with oil) and drop the resulting mixture into both nostrils, for 'Aisha has narrated to me that she heard the Prophet saying, 'This black cumin is healing for all diseases except As-Sam.' Aisha said, 'What is As-Sam?' He said, 'Death."
(Book #71, Hadith #591 of Sahih Imam Buchari)
b.-Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Messenger saying, "There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death."
(Book #71, Hadith #592 of Sahih Imam Buchari)
Allah gives us diseases and also gives us the treatment of it.
Allhamdullilah, I use Black Cumin/ Black Seeds
and the Oil of it ,the latin name is Nigella sativa as a medicine for every disease.
Our Prophet Muhmmad,s.a.w.s. really did know it over 1400 years ago, which now modern sciences are confirmung the great properties and remedies of this Islamic Medicine of Sunnah.
Dear Brother Adeeb: It is important to make Duas, but also to visit a good doctor for anamnese and diagnose,which is not against good believe and drink clean and pure water or twice a day a warm soup with herbs like BLACK SEED, Ginger, Thyme,some Parsley Leaves plus a teaspoon of HONEY, etc. to improve digestion.
Avoid food, which is not good for Your body
and eat moderate.
Eat natural food and also fruits like Apples, Mangos,Ananas and Papayas or Dates with water to give Your Body Vitamins and Minerals in Schah Allah.
Allah is the one who gives us humans in this Dunja, all things we need, that is around us , which is good for us.
We only have to look and choose the right things,like in every field of this live.
The result would be a good health and a better engagement for Islam, to Pray and Make Ebada, and Help or Teach other Muslims.
In Schah Allah, We make Duas for you, Brother Adeeb for Your Recovery and Health.
May Allah make all Our Right Path easy.
Take care of all Yourself ,especially in these days of the Holy Month of Muharam and fast
(saum) and make only good deeds
and avoid evil activities by asking Allah for help,always!
