All the clocks represent the time of adhan for each Salaah. And that is Shaykh Abdul 'Aziz Rees next to Shaykh Naayif. Shaykh Abdul 'Aziz Rees is also a Muaddhin of Harumul Makki.
Can I ask about how the muadhin prays? Shouldn't we pray like how prophet Muhammad (saw) told us to pray, by looking at our place of prostration, why do they look up in salaah?
I'm not sure, but I heard that you have to look down in prayer unless you are in front of the ka'bah, in which case it is not sinful to look at it during the prayer.
