In an address that suggested his dislike of mobile phones, Sheikh Hudhaify again reiterated his plea to keep phones switched off during salaah, saying it is "from
the whispers of shaitaan". He also suggested that young children should not pray in the first rows, rather in the ladies' section.

are you sure it is after asr salah because he said "allahu akbar" at the end of the reminder
Yes, it WAS after asr, that takbeer was of Salaat al Janaazah
the children are "whispers of shaytaan" as well.
it is so ridiculous that we as muslims do not have enough respect for salaat that we do not train the children to be quiet and pay attention. their parents, mothers and fathers, should be forced to take responsibility for them, instead of just standing by either smiling or helpless, making no effort to control them. i can't believe these people stand by silently while their uncontrolled brats start playing and throwing qurans, racing either other and stepping on people praying, destroying older people's eyeglasses, etc, yelling and talking during the salat.
