The floor (like the Sehn) is done more than once a day; every now and then they wash. During peak hours (like Hajj) its washed more often then non-peak hours. But definitely more than once a day. As for ghusl of the Ka'bah, that is done twice a year: around the time of Hajj and before Ramadhan.
