Regarding the question by the brother/sister on the 'objectives' hanging on the ceiling.

They are nothing but the cultery (jug, plate etc) of the most noble man ever walked on the face of this earth: Prophet Muhammad Salalahu ahlayhi Wasalim!

p.s. Please, if i said this incorrectly, please do correct me! but thru my previous knowledge, someone had said these are the belongings of our nabi.

Thanks

please share info if any body knws it correct with authenticity tht what are those hangings?!

Anonymous said...

I have read once that the things hanging are lamps from the Prophet Muhammad Salalahu ahlayhi Wasalim time and also from the time of Prophet Ibrahim AS.

Anonymous said...

Whatever they are e.g. lamps, jugs etc... they are belongings of the prophet (saw) i think (strongly) but i dunno if they are from the time of the prophet Ibrahim (AS)... if they are, Alhumdulillah!

When you are in the Kaaba you can pray any direction. Also the Prophet wopuld occasionally pray inside the Kaaba so this is a great honour. Salaam

What can som eone tell us about Bab AL Taubah , gate/door of repentence , Is it close to Rukh al yamani , when the kiswa is raised i can actualy see sings of a door on the side of rukn al yamani, it is just signs in the wal of the kaaba but not the door exactly, can some one help

Anonymous said...

Not at rukn al yamani, but exactly on the opposite of it. There's a staircase behind that door that leads up to the terrace above the ceiling of ka'bah. And about salah inside the ka'bah, it is all valid except for fardh salah. You can offer nifl but not fardh inside of it and in any direction.

And you cannot pray Salaatul Jamaa'ah inside the Ka'bah

Anonymous said...

Alhumdulillah, yeah thats right. The 'hateem' is also part of the Kaaba it was the area where Prophet Adam (AS) and Ibrahim (AS) had made the Kaaba orginal, and as Prophet Muhammad (SAW) made it again, where they didnt have enough money, they had to make it into a cubic structure. Hence, when the 'fardh' prayer goes on, they close that part as people cannot read Salah in there. I believe, Sunnat and Nafil can be prayed there as many people pray Nawfil in there .. I 'think' reading a salah there is equivalent to reading a salah in the prayer ...

Please correct me if im wrong
