Perhaps thats Saad Al Ghamdi that you ar etalking about.

This is Sheikh Khalid Al Ghamdi if im not mistaken,
There is quiet a few sheikhs with last name Ghamdi, Saad Al Ghamdi is one of the best reciters MashahAllah.
