Hey whoever you are, just remember that ALLAH is watching at all times & ALLAH KNOWS BETTER WHAT'S IN YOUR HEART THAN YOUR VERY SELF !!! Do you really know WHO you are asking about ? HE IS NO ORDINARY MAN, HE IS STANDING IN RASOOLULLAH SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM'S BLESSED PLACE, as IMAAM of MASJIDAL HARAM... BEWARE !

Yeah bud, Absolutely RIGHT ! People want to know waht doesn't concern or benifit them. The person who asked the question's a first class NUT!!!

Firstly, it's not very nice to call other people nuts or other offensive names, especially during Ramadan. Please curb your thoughts and your tongue at all times. A good Muslim is one who does not harm others with his hands or tongue.
Secondly, if this person wants to marry the sheikh, then its not for you to decide or pass jugdment. Everthing happens according to Allah's will and plan. If this is what Allah wants, that's what will happen. Never doubt Him. Only Allah knows best!

LISTEN HERE...Has this become a gossiping panel? CHARACTER IS REFLECTED BY BEHAVIOUR. Truly a Muslim is he who is safe from the hands and tongue of others, BUT ALLAH HAS COMMANDED ALL BELIEVERS TO GUARD THEIR GAZES ! Read the HADEETH about NABI SALALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM, in the company of HIS two BLESSED wives, & the BLIND SAHABI approaching... VERILY GUIDANCE IS FOR THOSE WHO TAKE HEED...! And ALLAH accepts ONLY the SHARIA permissible duas. As a WOMAN, especially in RAMADHAN UL MUBARAK do not even GLANCE at GHAIR MAHRAM, as these are the POISONOUS ARROWS of the SHAYATEEN ! ( THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CHAINED).

how does one post photos of Imaams and not expect anyone to look at them? Secondly, allah said pray to me I will answer you. What you don't get in life you will receive in the hear after. my point is anything is possible!

Why are you trying to justify your warped thoughts?Let alone a PHOTO, to look at a ghair mahram, alive, in PERSON is not permissible in ISLAAM! And the BEST of all is, that even in the hereafter, ONLY SHARIA PERMISSIBLE duas are GRANTED!!!!!Study the concept & etiquette of DUAA!!!!!!!!!!!

if that were the case then no one should watch tv of any kind, or ever leave there house because of what there eyes my catch a glimpse of.
as for the blind sahaba, the hadith is unsound. for the eyes are the key to the feelings, and the look is a messenger of desire, carrying the message of fornication and desire. he didn't have eyes.lower the gaze doesn't mean that in the presence of the opposite sex the eyes should be shut or the bowed to the ground, since it would be impossible.one should avert one's gaze from the faces of the passers-by and don't caress the attractive features of the members of the opposite sex with one's eyes. maybe you have a problem with polygamy. When a person makes du’aa’, either Allaah gives him what he asked for or He diverts it from him a harm that is greater than the thing he asked for, or He stores up what he has asked for, for the Hereafter. This is because Allaah has commanded us to call upon Him and He has promised to respond to our call:

“And your Lord said: ‘Invoke Me [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism) and ask Me for anything] I will respond to your (invocation)’ [Ghaafir 40:60 go to islam q&a.com and search for question #5113, 11402 and read about etiquette of dua.

NA'UDHU BILLAHI MIN DHAALIK !
FIRSTLY, the hadith is agreed upon by GREAT, GREAT ULAMAA. SECONDLY, of course the SAHABI was blind, BUT admonishment was given to the two MOTHERS OF THE BELIEVERS, who could see! Imagine, this GOLDEN ERA of NABI SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM & trying to compare us,who live in this declining age! For your pondering, the TELEVISION is actually the PROPAGATION OF THE KUFFAAR & A CANCER TO YOUR IMAAN...In the words of my BELOVED NABI SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM, THE BEST PLACE FOR A WOMAN IS HER HOME. My ALLAH BY HIS MIGHT & GRACE HAS ADVICED THE BELIEVING WOMEN IN SURAHS NUR, AHZAAB, NISAA, to name but a few. You should study these under the guidance & supervision of a LEARNED SCHOLAR, or AALIM of repute, as the knowledge of the layman is limited & DANGEROUS! DO NOT PASS JUDGEMENT ON AHAADITH- BEWARE THE WRATH OF ALLAH! Lastly I agree totally with brothers Hani & m.q. May ALLAH make us amongst the RIGHTLY GUIDED-Aameen

here's a fatwa:
There is nothing wrong with a woman taking off her niqab or khimar in front of a blind man.

It was narrated from Faatimah bint Qays (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) told her to observe her ‘iddah in the house of Umm Shareek (that was when her husband died), then he said: “She is a woman whom my companions visit. Observe your ‘iddah in the house of Ibn Umm Maktoom, for he is a blind man and you can take off your garment.” Narrated by Muslim (1480). In another report it says: “If you take off your khimar he will not see you.”

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked: What is the ruling on observing hijab in front of a blind teacher?

He replied:

There is no hijab in front of a blind teacher because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to Faatimah bint Qays: “Observe your ‘iddah in the house of Ibn Umm Maktoom, for he is a blind man and you can take off your garment.” End quote.

Fataawa Noor ‘ala al-Darb by Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (Fataawa al-Nisa’/ 170).

Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan said in al-Muntaqa min Fataawa al-Fawzaan (3/question no. 410):

The correct view – and Allaah knows best – is that she does not have to observe hijab in front of a blind man, i.e., covering her face in his presence.

Of course a blind man cannot see! VEILED OR UNVEILED! You are missing the point, of brothers Hani & m.q.
The fact is the blind man cannot see but anybody in his company who is not blind, can SEE HIM!!!
Anyway he who gazes at the unlawful will be questioned about EVIL GLANCES!!

Almighty Allah has said in the Quraan :

That is : (O PROPHET!) Tell the believers to lower their gaze and guard their modesty. This is purer for them. (24:30) SURAH NUR

Thus, in this divine command there is an injunction to lower your glances which will result in protecting the purity of your self.

Finally, adopt the character of YUSUF ALAYHIS SALAAM, in MODESTY & PIETY, in which our NABI MUHAMMAD SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM surpassed all.
