Salam, I just wanna tell u all that I saved this rec on my cell phone, its sounds good... but i wouldnt sync it on my ipod because there is a continuous background sound..... Oh Shaykh Salaah always recites in such a wonderful tune... Subhanallah !
The Saudis call it a bisht. The prices vary..you'd have to check around online, but you can't be guaranteed that the fabric will be of the same quality as theirs. Better to buy it in Saudi Arabia. I know durin Hajj season, I had seen a goood black one for around SR 120...
Mostly the clothes the sheikh wear are called: Thawb(also known as Jubbah,Dishdasha, kandura) and Bisht(cloak they wear over the inner white garment, also known as Aba or mogasab. Usually the jubbah is not very expensive, but it also depends what quality and brand you want, and the price you want to pay for it. The bisht(cloak) is usually little expensive than jubbah, because it has fancy embroidery. But you still can find for cheap prices.
Salam The following: Dishdash and Kandura i think are used more in Pakistan, Thawb yes. The Jubah can be bought in quite a few colours, as my brother has few colours of it.
Nice to hear from Sheikh after a long time. Can anyone tell me why was he not leading the fajr prayers in the recent days. I recently went to Madina and he was leading the Asr prayers. Can anyone tell me what is their schedule. Also, at Makkah, most of the time some imams lead and others are gone then after some time they are back and the current ones go. Can anyone tell me a general schedule. JazakAllah
Sh Huzayfi is the cheif Imam of Madinah, so he is permenantly reading. i saw a couple of so called schedules for the haramain, but it doesn't seam correct.
Alhamdulillah, all the shuyookh are fantastic. Their schedules are based on my factors, such as availability. They have other duties which they complete during the day such as teaching, working as judges and travelling. Shaykh Salah Ibn Mohammad Al Bedair is also a judge in Madinah. Many people travel from within Saudi to listen to his recitation. May Allah let us also recite the Quran in the manner he does. Ameen. Ma As Salamah

wore.

Budair there best recitor and they leave him for asr, he should at least lead fajr when he is present! Only lead once and back to sh hudayfi again
